Height: As a "dwarf" variety, it maintains a relatively short stature, typically reaching 5-7 meters (15-23 feet) in height.
Bearing Age: MOD palms are known for their early fruiting, typically starting to bear nuts within 3-4 years of planting under ideal management.
Yield: It's a high-yielding dwarf variety. The annual yield can range from 100 to 200 coconuts per palm per year and upto 40-50 years
Nut Characteristics: The nuts are medium to large in size. They are particularly valued for their sweet and abundant tender coconut water, often yielding 400-500 ml or even up to 1000 ml of water per nut. The flesh is also of good quality.
