Nagpur oranges, also known as Nagpuri Santra, are a variety of mandarin orange known for their distinctive sweetness, juicy pulp, and pockmarked, easily peelable skin. They are primarily cultivated in the Nagpur region of Maharashtra, India, and are recognized for their vibrant color and unique taste. The oranges blossom during the monsoon season and are harvested from December onwards.

    • Appearance: Nagpur oranges have a bright orange, easily peelable skin with a pockmarked texture. 
    • Taste and Texture: The pulp is known for its juicy and sweet flavor with a good balance of sugars and acids. 
    • Harvest Season: The oranges are harvested twice a year. The "Ambiya" crop is available from September to December, and the "Mrig" crop is harvested in January.
